What if I’m new and not sure what I need?
We recommend starting with a Skin Consultation. Your provider will create a personalized preventative plan and confirm membership eligibility.

Is the membership transferable?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Does the membership include Botox or filler?
Yes. Preventative Botox includes (forehead, around the eyes, and between your eyebrows) or choose 1 syringe of filler, not unlimited.
All treatments are performed by our Advanced medical providers.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. The Preventative Membership has a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial commitment, the membership continues month-to-month unless canceled.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be frozen in 3-month increments after the initial 6-month commitment, making it easy to maintain results on your schedule.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your service credits never expire—stack them up and combine treatments like PRP and microneedling whenever you're ready!
