If you've ever left a med spa appointment thinking I should really do this more consistently — you're not alone. Most people who care about their skin know that consistency is the real secret. But booking and paying for treatments one at a time makes it easy to push things off, skip a month, or talk yourself out of it when life gets busy.
That's exactly what a skin care membership is designed to solve.
So what actually is a skin care membership?
At Neat Studio, the membership is $425 per month. For that, you get one treatment credit every month — applied toward any service we offer. Botox, filler, laser facials, microneedling, chemical peels, Gold Infusion, PRP. Whatever your skin needs that month, that's what we do.
It's not a loyalty points program. It's not a discount card. It's a structured, provider-guided skin care plan that ensures you're actually showing up for your skin every month — with a credentialed NP in your corner helping you decide what to prioritize.
How is it different from just paying per treatment?
A few ways.
First, the consistency piece. When you're a member, the decision to show up is already made. You're not weighing whether this month is the right time to spend money on a treatment. You're just deciding which treatment makes the most sense right now.
Second, the relationship. Members build a real clinical relationship with their provider over time. We know your skin. We know what worked, what you loved, what we adjusted. That continuity produces better results than a series of one-off appointments with someone who's meeting you for the first time.
Third, the math. Most of our treatments run $550 and up. At $425/month, membership pricing is simply more efficient — especially if you're someone who would realistically book a treatment every month anyway.
What treatments are included?
All of them. Your monthly credit applies to any treatment on our menu — Botox and Dysport, dermal filler, laser facials, microneedling, chemical peels, Gold Infusion, Skinvive, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella, and PDO threads. We work with you each visit to decide what your skin needs most that month.
For members who are newer to aesthetics, we often start with a foundation — neuromodulators or a skin treatment — and layer in more advanced work as your skin responds and your goals evolve. For members who have been coming for a while, we're often in maintenance mode, fine-tuning and protecting what we've built.
Who is it right for?
The membership works best for people who are already committed to their skin — or who want to be. If you've been meaning to be more consistent with treatments but keep pushing it off, a membership removes the friction. The decision is made. The appointment gets booked.
It's also a good fit for people who want a provider relationship, not just a transaction. Members aren't just booking a service — they're building a skin care plan with someone who knows them.
If you're completely new to aesthetics and not sure what you want yet, we'd suggest starting with a consultation first. We'll map out a plan together, and if membership makes sense for where you're headed, we'll talk about it then — no pressure.
Is $425 a month worth it?
That depends on what you'd otherwise be spending. If you'd realistically book a treatment every month anyway, the math is straightforward. If you're the kind of person who books once, skips three months, books again — membership isn't just a price question, it's a structure question. It keeps you consistent in a way that irregular booking doesn't.
The clients who get the most out of the Neat Studio membership are the ones who show up. Every month, they leave looking a little more like the best version of themselves — not because they did something dramatic, but because they did something consistent.
That's what preventative skin care actually looks like.
